You have done it again.
It may look like a whisky in colour, but I am certain even die-hard whisky drinkers would love it.
It certainly has the Heartwood Malt Whisky kick at 54.6%.
This, however, is a beautiful herbaceous gin. The Goaty Hill Wines chardonnay barrel makes for a smooth, buttery and ever so flavoursome gin. Recipe by Adams Distillery, distilled by Western Tiers Distillery.
It is a standout tipple, which I enjoy neat.
